I have been in property management for 10+ years; long enough to realize that these things do not often come together in a single package. I have found that generally speaking, out of the three; speed, quality, and good pricing you can usually find two together. When you find all three of these things together, you have found something special.

I recommend calling them now and scheduling whatever work you need done ASAP. I imagine that sometime sooner or later; you will be able to get the quality and good pricing, but you will be placed on their ever-growing waiting list.
